Finder answers remain in the current browser tab only. They are not stored, submitted or included in an enquiry automatically. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.
Enquiry composers
The forms prepare a reviewable email draft in the browser. Nothing is sent until the visitor chooses to open and send that draft through their own email service. The page has no form endpoint and no enquiry database.
Friends of Rotary
The Friends pathway asks only for broad interests, availability and contact preferences needed for a useful introduction. It does not ask for screening, health, financial or beneficiary information. Any additional checks required for a particular activity belong with the responsible club or activity owner.
Analytics
The code prepares meaningful, category-only event hooks such as finder started, pathway selected and enquiry prepared. The hooks are designed never to receive names, contact details, exact locations, free text or finder answers. No analytics provider is connected in this review build.
Before public launch
The District must approve the privacy notice, enquiry owner, access model, retention period, deletion process, incident route and any CRM or analytics integration. Those decisions cannot be implied by the front-end design.
